Do you have a record of my prior purchase and what I bought? Do you keep old orders on file, because I'm not sure what size bellicon or bungee strength I have?

While we may have records of recent orders, prior purchases placed more than a few years ago are often no longer stored in our database. However, it is very simple to determine your current bungee strength. You can identify the strength by looking at the color of the two metal clips that secure the ends of the bungees together:

Soft bungees (silver clip)
Medium bungees (blue clip)
Strong bungees (yellow clip)
Extra bungees (red clip)
Ultra bungees (green clip)

To determine what frame size you have, you can count the number of mat hooks or bungees:

Total number on each frame size:
100cm frame - 30 bungees/mat hooks
112cm frame - 36 bungees/mat hooks
125cm frame - 42 bungees/mat hooks
