I can't click soft, medium or strong for the bellicon Jumping Fitness hexagonal model?

The Jumping Fitness model has only the bungee strengths Extra Strong and Ultra Strong available with the trampoline. This trampoline is designed for high intensity gym fitness workout classes and only these two options are offered, even for home use. The soft, medium and strong options are greyed out and can't be clicked.
