How can I tell which strength bungee I have?

On the bellicon, there are two different colour options that are often confused but have different meanings:

Colour of the bungee cords:

Depending on your weight and desired training effect, you can choose bungee cords with different strengths. The colours help identify the correct strength at a glance.
