When do I wear shoes, when do I train barefoot?
In a nutshell: The more intense your training, the more we recommend wearing comfortable shoes with soft soles for stability reasons. โบ๏ธ
๐ฃ = light to moderate intensity
๐ = high intensity
For health-oriented training with light to moderate intensity, we recommend that you train barefoot or with non-slip socks. This is the best way for your foot muscles to benefit from the training. ๐ If you are moving more intensively on your bellicon (e.g. jumping workouts), shoes are a good option for more stability. ๐
However, the most important thing is that you simply feel completely comfortable during your favourite workout - so feel free to leave the shoe decision to your daily form and your personal sense of well-being. ๐ ๐
