Is the free 7-day membership consecutive days or 7 days in general?

The free 7 days are consecutive days. This is the same for the free 30-day trial you receive when you purchase a bellicon® mini-trampoline.

You can check when your free subscription expires by logging in and clicking "Subscription" in the top right-hand corner of the page when you hover over your name (where you would typically go to logout).
